Ummah For Earth\u2019s Campaigning Course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Ummah for Earth Alliance Campaigning Course is designed to equip the alliance members and anyone who works on the climate crisis with essential campaigning skills rooted in Islamic principles and faith-based environmental action and beyond<\/strong>. Participants will gain foundational knowledge<\/strong> in addressing climate change through campaign planning, digital mobilisation, and community engagement, with a strong emphasis on aligning environmental stewardship with Islamic principles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This training empowers individuals and communities to take meaningful action for a more sustainable future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How is the course designed?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The Ummah For Earth Alliance Campaigning Course learning content is divided into 3 Modules:<\/p>\n\n

Module 1: How and why we work to make change.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

In this foundational module, participants will explore the profound connection between Islamic teachings and environmental stewardship. They will explore why the Ummah must act on climate change, biodiversity loss, and environmental degradation and how to do so effectively.<\/p>\n\n

Module 2: Skills for making a great plan of action. <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

This module equips participants with professional campaign planning skills to implement successful environmental initiatives. They will practice developing an initial concept into a measurable strategy. <\/p>\n\n

Module 3: Skills for connecting, involving, and uplifting online & off.<\/h5>\n\n

The course ends with a module that teaches participants how to harness the power of people\u2019s engagement using digital tools and platforms, and through fostering community collaboration. They will apply what they have learnt in communications that make a difference. <\/p>\n\n\n
